WHAT TYPE OF PHOTO SHOULD I SUBMIT?
The photos that work best are high-resolution photos in good lighting. Make sure no feature of your pet is out of frame. We want to see those cute ears! Any photo taken on a smartphone should be of high enough quality! Send us the original as opposed to a screenshot! If the photo submitted will not work, we will contact you for a new one! This may delay shipping.
WILL I GET TO SEE THE PRINT BEFORE IT'S SHIPPED?
Absolutely! We always send a proof before we print the photo. This gives you the opportunity to make small changes! We give the opportunity for one edit as well! Although- we usually get it right the first time!
I don't see an outfit i like...Can i do something custom?
Absolutely you can! We love a good challenge and often have our customers send us a photo of their favorite outfit from online. We can put your pet in anything! While we are continuing to expand our product options- we welcome any custom orders! Just send us a DM and we will work to get you the perfect print for your pet!
HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY PRINT?
We typically get you a proof within 72 hours and then once approved by you, it usually takes 3-5 days to get to you depending on where you are in the country. Given the times we are currently in, there is always the possibility of a delay. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will always communicate any delays.
do you offer refunds?
All of our orders are custom and therefore we do not offer refunds. We do work hard to communicate and make sure that your print is something that you will cherish. Our team will happily make edits or change minor things to make sure you are happy with your print!
Can you edit out the background of my photo?
You betcha! We have a team of designers that will make your print look as realistic as possible. Want a different background color or design? We have your back! Just send us a message and we will work with you to make sure you get the perfect print!
